On the terrace they have a 5mx3.5m chlorine pool with a depth range between 0.7m and 1.4m and 6 sun loungers where you can relax sunbathing. The barbecue will be ideal for enjoying a meal with your companions in the outdoor dining area, but in addition, another terrace on the first floor will offer you incredible views. The 140 m2 house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with a fireplace and AC that will be ideal for extending the evenings, as well as a bedroom, also with AC that has a double bed. The kitchen, independent and gas, is prepared for you to cook in total comfort. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, serve this floor. Via the stairs you will access the upper floor, where there is another living room and two bedrooms with AC. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and portable radiators. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Caimari is a small town with a lot of charm located in the middle of the Tramuntana; Nature abounds in it. There you will find everything you need for your stay, and Inca, a small town, is just 5 km from Caimari, where you will find larger shops and a wide variety of leisure activities. It is ideal for lovers of nature, hiking, etc. Well, in the area there are several routes for excursions.
